Rise & Grind

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:30am – 7:30am

Not for the weak, but definitely for the smart! Join us bright and early for a complete body workout to start your day. It's a fact that early morning workouts give you more energy throughout the day, maybe even the energy to come back at night. 

Daily Grind

Mondays, Wednesdays
7:30pm – 8:30pm

Enjoy a new workout focusing on specific body parts each class for a total, extreme strength workout. Get your workout from the trainer and get to work! Our expert trainer, the winner of the Northern Powerlifting Classic. will guide you and make sure you're always in correct form and working efficiently.

AMRAP

Tuesdays, Thursdays
7:30pm – 8:30pm

As Many Rounds As Possible. This class makes you work by using a few exercises repeated over and over for as many as you can get in during the allotted time. Guaranteed to make you sweat, work your hardest and count your rounds. Then, come to the next AMRAP to beat your number.

Boxer Fit

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Ever wonder how boxers stay in shape? Well, you certainly won't wonder after this class taught by our very own World Kickboxing League Women's Super Middle Weight Champion kick-boxer pro! Get top of the line boxing instruction combined with fighter-style conditioning.

 

MetCon

Mondays, Wednesdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Metabolic Conditioning anyone? Our trainers will put you through a nonstop workout designed to provide your body with complete conditioning. Use every muscle you can muster and get your heart rate up with these intense style workouts.

12 Rounds

Tuesdays, Thursdays,
12pm – 12:45pm

Saturdays
10am – 10:45am

Go 12 Rounds with a workout designed by our in-house fighter and World Kickboxing League Women's Super Middle Weight Champion. Work through 12 Stations created to make you sweat and train like true MMA fighters. Use your lunchtime to take down our punching bags and get in a real cardio workout.

Youth Boxer Fit

Mondays, Wednesdays
5:30pm – 6:30pm

Just like our regular boxer fit class, but for kids 15 and under! Encourage kids to stay active with a fun workout and to sleep hard (after homework is done, of course) with an intense full-body workout.
