Daily Grind

The Daily Grind is a good old fashioned strength workout. This class builds off of the fundamentals and incorporates more advanced multi joint moves for a total body strength workout. If you don’t use your muscles you’ll lose them. Use this class to get lean.

High Intensity Interval Training. Guaranteed to make you sweat and burn more fat in less time! Give it your all in quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.

Boxer Fit

Boxing and HIIT combined in one. Theses classes are cardio-based, using gloves (provided) and punching bags, as well as total body cardio stations. Based on the training concepts used by elite fighters. Join us for a fun way to burn calories and relieve stress!

Strength and Conditioning

A combination of our Strength class with an added conditioning component. Total body workout using barbells, dumbells, kettlebells and more.

Butt Builder

Sculpt, tone, and tighten your buns in this high-energy booty building class. A combination of lower body exercises using a variety of equipment and our unique glute hammie developer and reverse hyper machines. Focusing on the legs and buttocks to keep your booty in check all year round.

Core Conditioning

The core isn’t just our abs. It includes the whole core of our body (thighs to chest) and aids us in every move we make. Weak cores lead to injury so get out to this class once a week to strengthen, tighten and tone your core.

An intense mix of aerobics and strength training to build strength and burn fat in a fun, motivating group setting. Work your way through a series of timed stations set up by the instructor until the time is up.
