Daily Grind

Mondays, Wednesdays
7pm – 8pm

Enjoy a new workout focusing on specific body parts each class for a total, extreme strength workout. Get your workout from the trainer and get to work! Our expert trainer, the winner of the Northern Powerlifting Classic. will guide you and make sure you're always in correct form and working efficiently.

HIIT

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6am – 7am on Tuesdays

High Intensity Interval Training. Guaranteed to make you sweat and burn more fat in less time! Give it your all in quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.

Boxer Fit

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Taught by one of our Professional Kickboxing fighters, get top of the line boxing instruction combined with fighter-style conditioning. Theses classes are cardio-based, using gloves (provided) and punching bags and based on the training concepts used by elite fighters. Join us for a fun way to burn calories and relieve stress!

Sculpt, tone, and tighten your buns in this high-energy booty building class. A combination of squats, cardio, lunges, weight-training, and body-weight exercises focusing on the legs and buttocks to keep your booty in check all year round.
