Our mission at Grindhouse is to teach you how to work your body. Workouts should never injure you, they should make you move better, feel stronger, and empower you in your daily life. Members of our private gym have the opportunity to learn how to properly periodize and design a program with the guidance of our expert trainers so that moving your body becomes something you specialize in.
